Travel Impressions Insurance:
Designed exclusively for Travel Impressions packages, insurance is
provided by Berkely Care. Should you
have any questions regarding the coverage, you may call the Travel

Clients can cancel for any reason right up to the departure time of the
flight for any reason - even if you simply change your mind! (Must be
cancelled through Deluxe Travel Outlet prior to flight departure.)
Insurance Protection while you are Traveling:
. $200 Trip Delay: Reimburses you for meals, lodging and unused days should
your flight be delayed due to equipment failure, strike, inclement weather,
etc.
. $5,000 Medical Expense: Reimburses you for doctor and hospital charges
should you become ill or injured during your trip.
. $800 Baggage/Personal Effects: Reimburses you should your bags become lost
or stolen while traveling.
. $100 Bag Delay: Reimburses you for the cost of necessary items should your
bags be delayed by the airline for more than 24 hours during your trip.

against cancellation charges and additional expenses they may incur before
and after the departure of their trip. GOGO's Travel Protection Plan covers
the following:
* Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance covering up to the total tour cost
for accidental injury, sickness, death, jury duty, fire or flood to home and
other covered reasons
* Travel Delay covering up to $100 of additional expenses if your clients
trip is delayed for 12 or more hours for Carrier delay, including bad weather
and other covered reasons
* Medical Expense coverage providing payments of up to $1,500 for emergency
treatment of an illness or injury
* Baggage and Baggage Delay Insurance covering up to $200 for lost or stolen

Pre-Departure Trip Cancellation
- The standard coverage of the
Travel Protection Plan, protects the cost of your vacation and protects
you from most cancellation penalties and other non-refundable items.
Also, you can cancel for any reason not covered by the travel insurance
plan provisions and have peace of mind knowing that your travel
investment is protected. The form of refund may vary depending on the
reason for which you cancel. Customers must cancel before scheduled
departure and file a claim. Refunds are distributed in applicable forms
of payment depending on the claim. Instructions on how to file a claim
will be provided in your travel documents. The chart below highlights
some examples of this benefit.
- The hurricane coverage of the
Travel Protection Plan protects the cost of your vacation and protects
you from most cancellation penalties if your destination is under a
hurricane, watch or warning, as declared by the National Hurricane
Center (NHC). You can cancel your vacation up to the moment of departure
and have peace of mind knowing that your travel investment is protected.
For residents of New York, the hurricane coverage is available
separately without purchase of the Travel Protection Plan. Contact the
group department for details on hurricane coverage for group bookings.
Post-Departure Coverage
In addition to Pre-Departure Trip Cancellation, the plan includes other
benefits to protect travelers from the unexpected during their vacation, such
as:
- Medical and emergency
assistance - includes benefits up to $25,000 for medical expenses,
emergency medical transportation. and 24-hour emergency assistance
service for illness or injury during the trip.
- Post departure trip
interruption - covers travelers up to the original cost of their trip
when they must interrupt their trip or return home early for covered
reasons, such as sickness, injury, or other covered reasons.
- Travel delay - pays up to
$100 per day for meals and accommodations when travelers are delayed on
their trip for 12 hours or more.
- Baggage delay - reimburses
you up to $250 for clothing and personal items if your luggage is
delayed more than 24 hours.
- Loss or damage to baggage or
personal effects - covers up to $2,500 for loss or damage to baggage or
personal effects that occur during the trip.
